The Ocean Winds team had a problem most offshore developers share: the audience genuinely doesn't understand how a wind farm goes from idea to operational. The consenting layer especially. Development Consent Orders, EIA, AppendixSEA. A wall of jargon for anyone outside the industry.
The brief was to explain the work without dumbing it down. Audience: investors, regulators, communities, and future hires. Tone: confident, plain, properly informed.
Three OW spokespeople. One question per episode. No scripts.
We built a four-episode arc. Each answering one specific question the audience actually asks. Filmed at OW's Edinburgh and Madrid offices with leadership across stakeholder engagement, consenting, and operations.
Each episode runs 5 to 6 minutes. Long enough to take the audience seriously, short enough to finish. Series cuts run on LinkedIn weekly; full episodes anchor the OW Beyond Energy hub.
