About these terms
This site (foundationcollective.co.uk) is owned and operated by Foundation Collective Limited, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC695110, VAT registration GB435505702, registered office at Neo House, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen, AB11 7LH.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
What this site is for
This is a marketing site for Foundation Collective. It exists to explain our work, our methodology and our membership model, and to provide a way for prospective clients to make contact through the apply and quote forms.
Submitting an enquiry through one of those forms is not a binding agreement on either party. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written service agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, design, code, the F mark, the R mark, the Restate Framework methodology and the FW Bars mark — is the intellectual property of Foundation Collective Limited (or, in the case of Restated, the held subsidiary Restated Ltd) unless explicitly marked otherwise.
Case studies and client work shown on this site are published with the client's permission and remain the intellectual property of the respective parties as set out in our service agreements.
You may view the site, share links to it, and reference its content in commentary or reporting with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify or use the site's content or design for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Restate Framework is FC's proprietary methodology. The framework itself, including the six stages and twenty blocks, is FC's intellectual property — though outputs we create for members under the framework belong to those members.
Third-party content and links
This site embeds videos hosted on Vimeo and may link to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Restated, client websites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites we link to.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that everything is free from error or omission. Statistics, case study outcomes, and client information are accurate at the time of publication.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foundation Collective Limited is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute relating to this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
