Creative oversight across every member. Pushes for the bold hook over the safe one, the human moment over the corporate line.
Brand & Commercial Director
Joined from Maraen. Owns membership growth, prospect qualification, and the commercial side of the practice.
Creative Lead
Creative direction on hero films, brand, and editorial work. Translates strategy into the actual thing that gets made.
Cinematographer
Owns the visual quality bar. Filmed in 14+ countries with us, often on platforms most agencies will not go near.
Design Lead
Brand systems, art direction, finished design. The person making sure work looks consistent across film, social, and print.

Web, performance, and the technical side of how content actually reaches audiences. Hooks our work into the rest of the funnel.
08 How we work
FC is a membership practice, not an agency. Members commit to an annual partnership and get a dedicated team across strategy, content, and production. The same team, every month, learning your business deeper as the year goes on.
Membership is capped. We will not take on a member unless we believe we can do the work properly, which is why we ask prospects to apply rather than just buy. The trade-off is depth. We sacrifice scale to be useful.
